Korbyt crafts the 5Cs of digital signage AI

Korbyt is taking aim at digital signage AI with a full stack solution for content tagging, creation, management and more.

AI generated content is everywhere and that includes digital signage. However, there's more to AI than just generated content, it can also be crucial for smart booking, tagging and analytics. Korbyt aims to deliver a full stack AI digital signage solution with its 5C AI platform.

In this live demo, Travis Kemp, VP of product at Korbyt, and Max Guerrero, director of product management at Korbyt, demonstrate the 5C AI solution in real time at InfoComm, held in Orlando from June 7 to 13.

Kemp said the platform consists of Curate for content tagging, Command for device management, Create for content creation, Concierge as a space booking agent and Clarity for smart analytics.

In demonstrating Create, Kemp said Korbyt integrated a prompt wizard that can take a simple prompt from a user and generate a "super prompt" based on content filters and selections.

This then generates a title, image and message body. Kemp emphasized the tool is about "boosting productivity and efficiency" as the user can then change out the image or adjust the text as needed.

Kemp added the tool also preserves branding and logos.

The platform offers more than just content creation such as a future feature, Clarity, will demonstrate.

"Clarity is coming in 2026 and will [feature] robust dashboards, reporting, pulled from digital signage, space management. It'll factor in integrations with third-party IoT sensors… with AI sitting on top..so you're always getting information proactively rather than reactively," said Kemp.

Command will create "efficiencies of scale with devices to not only manage a thousand devices but 10,000 devices," he added.
