At Digital Signage Expo, JANUS Displays announced it is adding emergency messaging to its digital signage software. The feature can deploy emergency warnings to an entire signage network in just a few seconds, according to a press release.

Also being showcased during the expo is an instantaneous visual paging system. This feature places a scrolling message across the bottom of the digital content. Without interrupting the current play schedule, the digital signage system can be used to quickly get a message to an audience, the release states.
